**Parliamentary and Presidential Systems**

1. There are a lot of differences between the two systems, but there are two that stuck out. One is that the people have some sort of voice in voting for their leader. In a parliamentary system, the people can vote for legislators that choose the executive. In presidential, the people can vote for legislators and the chief executive. In both there also is the leader in charge of the state and government. Where it differs the most is with power. The executive has more power in a presidential system because they can veto and select cabinet members, but there is also a system of checks and balances. For a parliamentary system, less power because it is more distributed than in a presidential system, but there are more irregular intervals between elections.
2. Nigeria and Mexico have the presidential system. Russia has a semi-presidential system. UK is the only one of the nations that is parliamentary.
